Roger N. Daigle Jr.

Roger is an Operations and Intelligence Analyst who completed 30 years of active duty with the U.S. Army before retiring as a Command Sergeant Major in November 2017. He has served in positions of leadership and staff requiring mentorship, training, strategic planning, policy analysis, management, operations, and risk management skills.

During Roger’s distinguished 30 years of honorable service, he served in leadership positions from First Sergeant, Noncommissioned Officer in Charge, Sergeant Major, and Command Sergeant Major. Roger served as a Command Sergeant Major for eight years in four different units. These units included the 7th Engineer Battalion, 525th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade, U.S. Army Garrison Fort Huachuca, Arizona, and Task Force Observe-Detect-Identify-Neutralize. As a Sergeant Major, he served as the senior intelligence Sergeant Major for the 2nd Infantry Division, 82nd Airborne Division, and U.S. Army Forces Command. He served as the Operations Sergeant Major for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command and the U.S. Army Cyber Command. Roger has served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Defense Attaché Office at the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington D.C.

Eight years of Roger’s Army career were spent overseas, including combat deployments in Panama, Bosnia, Iraq, and Afghanistan.

Roger contributes in-depth knowledge of how individuals and units to plan, prepare. and conduct military operations. He possesses a highly-developed, detailed mental model of the military missions, tactical tasks, and challenges that can be applied in live, virtual, and classroom settings. He understands the military planning and decision-making processes, creates scenarios, events, images, and measures in support of projects to train and assess in military subdomains.
