Lauren Hallal

Lauren comes to us with extensive knowledge and academic practice in psychophysiological assessment and intervention, socioemotional learning, as well as emotional and general intelligence assessment. She holds a Master of Arts in Contemplative Education with a focus on Emotional Intelligence, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida, and a graduate certification in Cognitive Science from the University of Central Florida.

Her areas of expertise include: Institutional Review Board writing and protocol development, experimental study data collection and analysis, and literature review.

Lauren’s research interests include emotional and general intelligence models, psychosocial intervention and assessment techniques, and performance capability models, specifically within the context of stress.

She is a Florida native and a member of several academic fraternities including Psi Chi and Alpha Kappa Delta.
